This policy covers the personal software tools published under this domain by Kuk-Hwan (Kevin) Kim (the "tools"), including the applications registered with Google as personal-gmail and volta-gmail. The tools are private: they are used only by the developer and members of his household, on their own computers, with their own accounts.
The Gmail tools read, search and create draft email messages in the signed-in user's own Google account, and read that user's own calendar, in order to help the user prepare correspondence. They run locally on the user's computer.
With the user's consent through Google sign-in, the tools access Gmail message content, draft content, attachments and calendar events of the signed-in account only. Access is limited to the permissions (scopes) shown on Google's consent screen.
The tools' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
A user can revoke the tools' access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions and by deleting the local token file.
